June 17, 2010 – Washington, DC – DDC Advocacy, the industry’s leading full-service advocacy firm, has recently added veteran Jenn Barton to its Business Development team. As Director of Marketing, Jenn will devise marketing strategies to promote the firm’s visibility, and the winning record of its clients.

“DDC Advocacy has become the destination for advocacy professionals.  As the most comprehensive, vertically-integrated firm in the business, we continue to attract the most seasoned talent in the industry,” said B.R. McConnon, CEO of DDC Advocacy.

Jenn brings more than fifteen years of experience in marketing and government relations. Prior to joining DDC Advocacy, she spent a decade at Capitol Advantage, most recently as Marketing Manager. During her tenure, her countless creative communications and advertising campaigns helped build the company and its products into a successful brand. She previously worked in government affairs for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and as an LA for Congressman Ben Gilman.

“I’m thrilled to join DDC Advocacy and promote the exceptional work they’ve been doing to keep clients on the winning side of their campaigns,” says Barton. “It’s exciting for me to be in a place that provides such an innovative array of integrated advocacy solutions.”

Jenn is the latest addition to a growing team of grassroots and government relations experts who have chosen to make DDC Advocacy their professional home.
