Senior Director
As the Senior Director of Account Management, Michael leads a team of Account Directors and Account Managers who are charged with providing overall business relationship management services for DDC Advocacy’s clients. The Account Management team serves as the primary point of contact to their assigned clients, and is responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction, providing consultative support regarding the optimal utilization of DDC Advocacy products and services, facilitating the collection and communication of new product/service requirements, and supporting all other strategic activities associated with the client.
Michael has eleven years of account management experience working in mid-sized software and public affairs technology companies, serving as the business relationship manager for Fortune 100 clients, associations, and membership-based marketplaces. Prior to joining DDC Advocacy, Michael served as an Account and Customer Success Manager at Verticalnet, a leading provider of end to end supply management solutions. Michael developed, implemented, and managed customer satisfaction programs with over 3,000 of Verticalnet’s customers who represented a vast cross-section of industries, leading to an increase in customer satisfaction by over twenty percent.
