As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development, Julie Cram brings almost 20 years of strong communications and media affairs experience, including a decade of advocacy and strategic communications. At DDC Advocacy, Julie serves as strategic counsel to our clients, helping them navigate critical policy debates and craft winning advocacy campaigns.
Prior to joining DDC, she served in the White House as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Public Liaison, where she ran issue advocacy campaigns to support administration policies. Before the White House, Cram held various strategic communications positions, including Director of Public Affairs for Burson-Marsteller, a worldwide public affairs and public relations firm, as well as senior leadership positions in two presidential campaigns.
